PC filament is a highly demanding material to get quality prints. It requires printing temperatures of almost 300°C, it is moisture susceptible and prone to warping. It is essential to ensure consistent printing conditions, ideally in an enclosed, heated printing chamber. PC is UV resistance and low moisture absorption make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
High dimensional accuracy, increased rigidity and impact strength makes the material particularly suitable for the production of demanding and robust models. Polycarbonate is also an electrical isolator. PC filament is the right material for use in industrial environments where good temperature resistance and high strength are required.

PC-ABS filament is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and polycarbonate copolymer and it combines the features of both polymers.
Thanks to unique features of PC-ABS is suitable to print the models that work in wide temperature range applications. The heatbed should be used in order to control the cooling down process.
PC-ABS filament is a 3D printing material of increased impact strength (comparable with PC), increased heat resistance and decrease moisture absorption. PC-ABS filament is a V-0 flame retardant blend of Polycarbonate and ABS – two of the most used thermoplastics for engineering & electrical applications. The combination of these two materials results in a premium material with a mix of the excellent mechanical properties of PC and the comparably low printing temperature of ABS. Main benefits: stronglayer adhesion, high print speeds possible, easy to print.
PC-ABS FR
Flame retardant PC-ABS combines the benefits of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). This blend makes this filament a strong, durable polymer – a desirable material for additive manufacturing in many industrial sectors.
Above all, the polymer is flame retardant, which means it meets fire safety standards, thus it can be applied in the most demanding sectors, e.g., the railway industry..
PC-CF
PC-CF filament is high-quality polycarbonate material that is reinforced with the carbon fiber, that features a very high strength to weight ratio.
Both polycarbonate and the carbon fiber are hygroscopic, it is necessary to follow the rules of the storage.
Used as a construction material of high tensile strength, rigidity, and dimensional stability. Thanks to the glass transition temperature of 143C the thermal resistance of PC-CF filament is one of the highest among the 3D printing materials.
PC-ESD
PC-ESD filament is an advanced compound produced using multi-wall carbon nanotube technology and a highly precise extrusion process.
The material is ESD-Safe thus it can be used in critical applications that require electrostatic discharge protection. PC-ESD filament prevents the accumulation of the electrical charge on the model surface and as the consequence prevents uncontrolled discharge.
The chemical composition of the filament gives the model great mechanical properties, both for the static loads and the impact.
