PEKK \u2013 ausgezeichnete mechanische Eigenschaften<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PEKK ist ein Material mit \u00e4hnlichen Eigenschaften wie PEEK, es weist aber u.a. eine h\u00f6here Glas\u00fcbergangstemperatur und eine kleinere Kristallisationsgeschwindigkeit auf, was die Kontrolle des gesamten 3D-Druckvorgangs erleichtert. Dieses Filament zeichnet sich durch gro\u00dfe Steifheit, Festigkeit und Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit auf und deshalb kann es bei einigen Applikationen Elemente ersetzen, die in der Regel aus Stahl bzw. sonstigen Metalllegierungen hergestellt werden. Es wird oft in der Automobil- und Chemieindustrie f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Bauteilen, darunter Zahnr\u00e4der, H\u00fclsen, Lager, Wellen, Dichtungen von Kugelventilen eingesetzt. Aufgrund seiner hohen Temperaturbest\u00e4ndigkeit ist PEKK f\u00fcr die Sterilisation geeignet, deshalb kann es in der Medizin verwendet werden und mit Lebensmitteln in Ber\u00fchrung kommen. Deshalb wird es auch f\u00fcr die Herstellung von zahn\u00e4rztlichen Instrumenten, medizinischen Implantaten und K\u00fcchenger\u00e4ten eingesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><i>PEKK wird u.a. von der Firma Brzeska Fabryka Pomp i Armatury MEPROZET Sp. z o.o. verwendet, die aus diesem Material Elemente f\u00fcr die Riemen\u00f6labscheider produziert. Dieses Ger\u00e4t wird f\u00fcr die Entfernung von in der K\u00fchlfl\u00fcssigkeit gesammeltem \u00d6l verwendet. <\/i>Das PEKK-Material ersetzt in diesem Fall Komponenten aus Stahl AISI 316 und
